- The payable amount should be equivalent to the exact INR amount as calculated in the form and it should be credit into the convention secretariat bank account.
- Any bank transaction fees applicable will be borne by the delegate at the time of processing the payment.
- Registration will be considered complete upon realization of payment.
- Once the payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your payment and successful completion of the registration process.
Cheque/ Demand Draft: (Only for Inner Wheel Members from India)
- Cheque/ Demand Draft to be drawn in favor of "MCI GETS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED IIW 2021", payable at Gurgaon.
- You are requested to email the scanned copy of the Cheque / Demand Draft to the Secretariat at info@iiwconvention2021india.com within 07 days from the date of submitting the form.
- Please courier the original registration form along with the cheque/ demand draft to the address as below:

Terms & Conditions for National Cheque/ Demand Draft
- The payable amount should be equivalent to the exact INR amount as calculated in the form and it should be credited into the convention secretariat bank account.
- Cheque/ Demand Draft are expected to be cleared within 3 working days.
- Any Bank charges applicable must be borne by the delegate.
- Any bank transaction fees applicable will be borne by the delegate at the time of processing the payment.
- Registration will be confirmed based on realization of payment in our bank account.
- Once the payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your payment and successful completion of the registration process.
Registration Inclusions:

Terms & Conditions:
- The registration rates charged will be inclusive of 18% GST.
- Registration will be confirmed only after the receipt of payment.
- Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the Virtual Convention.
- The registration fee is non-transferrable.
- Charges incurred for Bank Transfer & Credit Card payments to be borne by payee.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the Convention Secretariat at info@iiwconvention2021india.com
- Cancellations received prior to 1st April 2021 will receive a full refund minus an amount of INR 1,000 as administration fee including 18% GST.
- Cancellations received after 1st April 2021 will not be entitled for any refunds.
- All the refunds as per the cancellation policy will be done within two months after the Convention.
